Avocado Toast

An easy & healthy recipe with a few key ingredients for making Avocado toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of Bread multi-grain is the best
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Lightly toast your bread of choice. Slice avocado,  remove pit, spoon out avocado into bowl. Combine ingredients: lemon juice, minced garlic,  kosher salt & pepper to taste. Mash with fork. Drizzle olive oil onto toast, add Avocado mixture & generously sprinkle red pepper flakes on avocado mixture & enjoy!
