How to Use White Chili Seasoning
- Use 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of chicken or ground turkey (pot of white chili).
- For one standard batch of white chicken chili (about 4–6 servings), add the seasoning mix to the broth and beans.
- Let it simmer so the flavors bloom and meld into the chicken or ground turkey.
Variations
- Spicy white chili seasoning: Add extra cayenne or a pinch of red pepper flakes for more heat.
- Smoky white chili seasoning: Increase the smoked paprika for a deeper, smoky flavor that pairs especially well with turkey chili.
