Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Small Whisk or Spoon
  • Sealed Tight Jar or Container

Ingredients

  • 8 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Add all spices to a small bowl or jar.
  • Stir or shake until fully combined.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

How to Use White Chili Seasoning

  1. Use 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of chicken or ground turkey (pot of white chili).
  2. For one standard batch of white chicken chili (about 4–6 servings), add the seasoning mix to the broth and beans.
  3. Let it simmer so the flavors bloom and meld into the chicken or ground turkey.

Variations

  • Spicy white chili seasoning: Add extra cayenne or a pinch of red pepper flakes for more heat.
  • Smoky white chili seasoning: Increase the smoked paprika for a deeper, smoky flavor that pairs especially well with turkey chili.
