An early American 1900’s antique medicine cabinet that is perfect for any space in your home!

There are some antiques I have had for many years & this antique medicine cabinet also known as a shaving cabinet is one of them.  We have this hanging in our kitchen for easy access to pain relievers, band-aids &, etc. I love the little details it has.

Where to buy an shaving medicine cabinet?

You can basically find them online. There are so many to choose from. When I go thrifting, I don’t see antique medicine cabinets. However, You can find them online or at antique stores. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it.

Can you believe I found this in the thrift store for $5 many years ago? Seriously y’all, FIVE dollars!

Who says the antique medicine cabinet has to hang in the bathroom or powder room? It is a perfect addition to our kitchen. For as long as I can remember since I thrifted the cabinet, it has hung in our kitchen. For me and my family, we find it very useful to have so we don’t have to take up space in our other kitchen cabinets t store our pain relievers, prescriptions &, etc.

Not only is it functional, but it is such a quaint little cabinet that adds warmth & beauty to my kitchen while it serves a purpose!

Until next time!

Thank you so much! I do too. I need to find a vintage tea towel to add to it 🙂

I love it! I often check out the charity shops here in England but I’ve never really got into antique shopping, I really must do it sometime!! 😄
