Where Have I Been?
I Haven’t been posting on social media or blogging posts in the last few weeks., So, Where have I been that has kept me from posting?
Believe me, when I tell you, it was God awful! I slept for about two days then I was dealing with nausea. After that, there was nothing I could do but rest & stay hydrated. I didn’t eat or drink much of anything. I did try to stay hydrated, but it was a struggle. The first couple of days of being sick were a blur. So if you wondered where I have been, I was in bed sick.

Thank God for my family!
My family held the fort down because I couldn’t do anything. Being so sick and taking meds also caused my medication for Trigeminal Neuralgia to make me even more tired. I am so grateful to them; they took care of me while ensuring everything else in the house was taken care of.
Back to work!
I went back to caring for the daycare kids. I was tired & still not myself, but I knew eventually, it would pass. So, I continued with my schedule with the kids. Each day I was starting to feel myself again. By the following week, I was definitely myself and feeling great.
I was so behind on work that I had to take a break from blogging to catch up. Even though Blogging is just my creative outlet, it was still something I was passionate about being consistent. But I felt bad because I was posting twice a week, and then when I got sick, I wasn’t posting anything.
To make things more overwhelming.
My daughter was on her way to work when a driver ran a stop sign and hit my daughter’s car. She is ok, thank God! However, the damage to her car must be taken care of before it is safe to drive again. So, as you can imagine, we are dealing with the Insurance company and getting her a rental until her car is fixed. Not to mention she just bought her car not even a year ago. Yep! But more importantly, no one was hurt! We just hugged our baby girl and thanked God she was ok.
Never-ending Paperwork
When owning a business. You always have paperwork and logging-in income, and I have quite a bit with me having two businesses. So, This is something my husband & kids have no idea what to do. Still, I am slowly catching up on paperwork and other priorities that need to be tended to.

It’s officially Fall,
Fall is my busiest season for photography, and I started stressing because I hadn’t found a location or figured out dates for my mini-sessions. Then one day, while browsing the internet, I finally found a beautiful spot. Now that I got it all situated, I am so excited. I always look forward to my Fall sessions every year, seeing my repeat clients & new ones!
Feeling like myself again, finally!
Every day, I feel better! I am getting through my to-do list and starting to feel accomplished. I hope to be back to blogging more regularly in the next week or two. So stay tuned because I have some amazing content heading your way.

God is good and He took care of you when you needed it, like encouraging your family to help and protecting your girl from the accident. While we enjoy your posts, your health is most important and you just need to take care of you. Everything will fall back into place if and when it’s God’s will. I love sis!
