A Simple recipe for Strawberry Banana Smoothie & it’s healthy!
Smoothies are a delicious snack any time of the day. We make smoothies all the time, especially our favorite Strawberry-banana smoothie. Not only are they so easy to make, but a guilt-free beverage that is so delicious & satisfying too.
Use fresh fruit whenever possible
We always have an abundance of fresh fruit, especially strawberries & bananas. I always like to use fresh fruit when I can to make Strawberry Banana smoothies. It is so delicious!
This is an easy recipe that you will surely enjoy!
Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
- 1 medium to large Banana
- 1 c Strawberries
- ¾ c Low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 c Almond milk (may substitute your milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Combine ingredients in Blender until blended
