Do you have Acorn squash? Don’t throw away throw those seeds. Here is a quick tutorial on just how to roast the seeds for a healthy & delicious snack.

How to Roast Acorn Squash Seeds is so easy to do. With the Autumn season in full swing, alot of comfort food such as squash is being made. Squash is one of my go-to side dishes for every meal. When preparing my squash, I will take the extra step & scoop out the seeds to roast for a delicious snack.

Here, I will share just how to make this quick and delicious snack to enjoy any time of the day and they are gluten-free too.

How to Roast Acorn Squash Seeds is so easy!

  1. Once you have scooped all the seeds out of your squash, place them in a colander & rinse until all the squash is cleared off.
  2. Once the seeds are free from a reduction of squash, place on a paper towel & Pat dry with another paper towel.  Warning,  those little buggers will stick.
  3. Place in a cast-iron skillet or baking sheet. Drissel olive oil & seasoned with garlic salt and toss until even ally coated. Spread seeds in a single layer & bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

Let cool for a few minutes & enjoy!

Until next time my friends!
